By downloading or using the Pictoverse app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Pictoverse.
Pictoverse is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Pictoverse app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses or malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that the Pictoverse app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Pictoverse will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Pictoverse cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.
Pictoverse cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device stays charged. If it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to use the Service, Pictoverse cannot accept responsibility.
Although we endeavour to ensure that the app is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. Pictoverse accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
The app is currently available on Android. System requirements may change as we update the app or extend its availability to additional systems. You’ll need to download updates if you want to keep using the app. Pictoverse does not promise that it will always update the app so that it remains compatible with your device. We may also stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if needed.
Your Account
In order to use Pictoverse, you must sign in using your email address. For more information regarding the information we collect from you and how we use it, please consult our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please contact us immediately.
Community Rules
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
- Use the Service for any harmful or nefarious purpose.
- Use the Service in order to damage Pictoverse.
- Spam, solicit money from or defraud any members.
- Impersonate any person or entity or post images of another person without their permission.
- Bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
- Post content that violates anyone’s rights, including publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, intellectual property or contract rights.
- Post content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Post content that incites violence or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
- Post content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm against any group or individual.
- Solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes, or share another person's personal information without permission.
- Use another member's account, share an account with another member, or maintain more than one account.
- Create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.

Pictoverse reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service or behaved in a way that Pictoverse regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the Service. If you violate these rules or our Community Guidelines, your authorization to use the Service will be automatically revoked.
Other Members' Content
Although Pictoverse reserves the right to review and remove content that violates this Agreement, such content is the sole responsibility of the member who posts it, and Pictoverse cannot guarantee that all content will comply with this Agreement. If you see content on the Service that violates this Agreement, please report it within the Service or via our support email.

PICTOVERSE PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN. THIS INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PICTOVERSE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU OBTAIN THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE.
PICTOVERSE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU OR ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY POSTS, SENDS OR RECEIVES THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
